Jeff and I work at Feature Films for Families. We call out and do surveys under the name “The Dove Foundation” (which does actually exist) and get referrals for FFFF.

We have that speaker on the top of the screen and the second one on the side, or bottom of the screen. Both of those get separate calls, as well as the two on our headsets, one for each ear.

I could go into details on the buttons, and the colors, but I’ll leave that for later.

So Jeff and I sit all day and just hit the little buttons on the screen according to what the customers are saying.
And finally, a video demonstration of a typical day. Actually, it was a little bit slower than it usually is. And it’s really hard to film oneself pushing buttons, especially with the glare.

oh yeah, should have mentioned, all those colorful screens that pop up are people that i’m talking to. The buttons i’m pressing are activating the voice that talks to them. you can kind of hear when i get a call on the top or bottom grids.
